Customer Liaison Officers are available in the Club at all times to provide help services that are available to all patrons. 

Our staff are trained in the Responsible Service of Gaming. 

Our Responsible Gambling Policy in consultation with the Committee is available to minimise harm associated with problem gambling.

Dicky Beach Surf Club works closely with agencies that provide counselling services to ensure we provide the best possible assistance.
